Staff Requirements to Work in Child Care
At Compass Kids, we prioritize the safety, well-being, and development of every child in our care. To maintain the highest standards, all staff must meet state licensing requirements and complete essential training. Below are the certifications and health requirements needed to join our team.
CPR, First Aid and BBP Training can be done IN-PERSON in house with Compass Kids. *Must be Renewed ever 24 Months
